More than 350 Childrento Gain Access toan appropriate School Building

Kabul, May 17, 2020 - A school building comprised of 12 classrooms, two offices, five toilets and an excavated well financed by the Education Quality Reform in Afghanistan (EQRA) Project under the auspices of the Citizens’ Charter National Priority Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD/CCNPP) is going to be completed soon in Haji Juma Khan village, Dasht-e-Archi district of Kunduz province.

The school building being constructed ona 2,000-square-meterplot of landwill promote the access of more than 350 male and female students to a proper learning environment within the community.

Furthermore, a total of 4,312 labor days will be created for both skilled and unskilled laborers during the implementation of the school project through Juma Khan Community Development Council (CDC).
