250 Children Gain Access to a Proper School Building

Kabul, May 16, 2020 - A school building comprised of four classrooms, an office and five toilets financed by the Education Quality Reform in Afghanistan (EQRA) Project within the framework of the Citizens’ Charter National Priority Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD/CCNPP) has been completed in Tamirat village, Mirbachakot district of Kabul province.

The school building will promote the access of 250 students to an appropriate learning center within the community.

Furthermore, a total of 1,600 labor days have been generated for both skilled and unskilled laborers during the implementation of the school project through Tamirat Community Development Council (CDC).
