180 Children Gain Access to a Proper Learning Environment

Kabul, May 14, 2020 A school building comprised of six classrooms, an office, three toilets and an excavated well financed by the Education Quality Reform in Afghanistan (EQRA) Project under the auspices of the Citizens’ Charter National Priority Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD/CCNPP) has been completed in Rashid village, Panjwaee district of Kandahar province.

The school building has promoted the access of 180 male and female students to an appropriate learning environment within the community.

Furthermore, a total of 2,689 labor days have been generated for both skilled and unskilled laborers during the implementation of the school project through Rasahid Community Development Council (CDC).
